Shipping takes up to 7 business days, though in some case there might be delays due to shipping safety measures.

Returns
You may return a product within 14 days from receipt, as long as it hasn’t been used and its package remains intact.
If you feel that the product is defected, or doesn’t work properly, please contact us with a description of the issue (we highly recommend sending pictures or a video clip of the issue). We will contact you to try and fix the issue or replace the product.

Our products are packed meticulously. All the chargeable products contain a USB charging cable and user manual.
Our products are made of high-quality materials; medical grade silicon, stainless steel and quality faux leather. Some of our silicone products includes body-safe ABS plastic for cosmetic purposes only. VITOS products do not contain real leather to protect animal rights. On each product page, you will find the product materials.
Use only water-based lubricants with our silicone toys. Silicone-based lubricants can damage the silicone on your toy.
General
Of course! You can place a regular order, and in the shipping address, provide the other person’s address. We will send the invoice to your email (make sure to provide your email address), so the receiver won’t see the order details.
You can purchase a gift card and charge your requested sum. We will email the gift card (with a greeting card) to the receiver, and the invoice will be sent to the email provided by the sender.

Warranty
Vitos products on the site are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase on the site. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, loss of the product or part of it. Any repair made to the product by someone who was not authorized to do so on behalf of the company will void the warranty.
